Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, used or opened items, and digital/downloadable products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization:
   Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Return Shipment:
   Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. The return shipping cost is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
• Refund Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
