The world’s first direct 3D printed clear aligner material featuring patented shape memory technology. TC-85DAC delivers constant orthodontic forces similar to thermal NiTi wire, allowing effective tooth movement with less deformation over time. The material offers uniform and customizable thickness for enhanced fit and patient comfort. Unlike thermoformed aligners, it enables better tracking, less pain, easier insertion and removal, and improved clinical treatment outcomes. This aligner material is highly transparent, nearly invisible when worn.

Direction to Use
- Designing the Aligner: Utilize 3D software to design the aligner, allowing customization of its shape, strength, and elasticity to suit the patient’s needs.
- Printing Process: Print the aligner directly using a compatible 3D printer.
- Post-Processing: After printing, ensure proper post-processing by using Graphy’s curing box, Tera Harz Cure, to optimize the material’s performance.
- Orthodontic Force Adjustment: The aligner features a shape memory function that minimizes inconvenience during wearing and removal. In case of decreased orthodontic force, immerse the aligner in warm water to restore its original force.
- Disinfection: The aligner can be disinfected using heat under 100℃, ensuring cleanliness and restoration of its shape and mechanical properties.
- Storage: Due to the shape memory function and heat disinfection availability, there is no need for a separate storage case. After disinfection in warm water, the aligner can be inserted directly into the mouth.
- Transparency Maintenance: The aligner is designed for 100% transparency. To maintain transparency, brush the aligner with toothpaste to resist discoloration and regain its original transparency.
